Does the gîte have space for storing sports equipment?
There is a private lockable rack for two bicycles on the garden level of the gite.
What is the gîte's policy on pets?
In order to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all visitors to
the gîte on the shores of Lake Annecy, particularly with regard to
allergies, pets are not permitted in the gîte.
What services are included in the stay (linen, cleaning, etc.)?
The stay includes a made-up bed, 2 bath sheets, 2 bath mats and 2 tea
towels. In winter, heating is included in the rental price. However, we
ask that you do not charge electric vehicles. It is possible to book an
end-of-stay cleaning service at an additional cost of €80.
Does the gîte have a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, the gîte is equipped with a free 260 Mbit/s Wi-Fi Internet connection for guests.
Is the gîte suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Although our gîte is on the ground floor, it is not specifically equipped for
people with reduced mobility. Please contact us to discuss any special
requirements to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Is there any baby equipment available (cot, high chair)?
With only one double bed, the gîte is not equipped with baby equipment, such
as a cot or high chair, as it is not suitable for a baby or child.
What are the arrival and departure times for the gîte?
We welcome holidaymakers for their stay from 4pm on Saturdays and ask them to leave no later than 10am on Saturdays.
Are there any specific rules about noise or parties?
We ask tenants to respect their neighbours by avoiding parties and
disturbances at night. We hope that common sense and conviviality will
ensure a peaceful atmosphere in the co-ownerships
Rates for the Chillou du Lac gîte
The gîte can only be rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday: 6 days / 7 nights.
