There is a private lockable rack for two bicycles on the garden level of the gite.

A communal room is available to the co-owners. However, we cannot guarantee that this space will be available for storing ski, water sports, hiking or cycling equipment.

In order to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all visitors to the gîte on the shores of Lake Annecy, particularly with regard to allergies, pets are not permitted in the gîte.

The stay includes a made-up bed, 2 bath sheets, 2 bath mats and 2 tea towels. In winter, heating is included in the rental price. However, we ask that you do not charge electric vehicles. It is possible to book an end-of-stay cleaning service at an additional cost of €80.

Yes, the gîte is equipped with a free 260 Mbit/s Wi-Fi Internet connection for guests.

Although our gîte is on the ground floor, it is not specifically equipped for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us to discuss any special requirements to ensure an enjoyable stay.

With only one double bed, the gîte is not equipped with baby equipment, such as a cot or high chair, as it is not suitable for a baby or child.

We welcome holidaymakers for their stay from 4pm on Saturdays and ask them to leave no later than 10am on Saturdays.

We ask tenants to respect their neighbours by avoiding parties and disturbances at night. We hope that common sense and conviviality will ensure a peaceful atmosphere in the co-ownerships
