Main features of furnished accommodation

This apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-storey condominium, built in 1824, located 5 minutes walk from the lake. Its entrance is independent of that of the condominium and it has its private parking (1 car space) next to the garden. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 2. This accommodation is not accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility.

The commune of Saint Jorioz enjoys a very privileged location, extending along the Laudon river, between the lake and the first wooded slopes of the surrounding mountains. The town offers a multitude of activities and facilities. The large shaded beach with the Blue Flag label, the cycle path, the reed trail by the lake and the marked trails in the hinterland offer a good sample of pleasures throughout the year.

In summer, it is possible to immerse yourself in the life of the village in the 19th century, by discovering the Maison de Pays du Laudon. The cottage is located 15 minutes walk from the center (about 1 km) where you will find various shops.

3 -Description of the furnished accommodation

The cottage is a 38.45 m2 apartment that includes a parking space and a garden. Heating in all rooms by convectors for your comfort in winter, and thick walls guarantee you stay cool in summer.

The apartment offers a view of the garden on one side and the small road of the old church on the other with: A kitchen area with high table, fully equipped: microwave, rotisserie oven, 2 burners induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, complete cookware for 2 people, coffee pod (Nespresso type), kettle, toaster, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, household products, raclette and fondue machine, washing machine A lounge area with television, Internet access. A bedroom with office area and shower room. Various storage spaces including a cabinet including towels and a hairdryer A separate toilet A library for adults.

The garden has an outdoor round table with bench, parasol. A barbecue, electric plancha is at your disposal.

Supplies (included in the rental): towels, bath mats, tea towels, sheets, duvets. The bed is made on arrival

4-Registration procedures and prices

Price per week (7 nights) from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

Water, electricity, heating and private parking charges are included. Similarly, the following services: beds made on arrival, linen supply, television are included.

The cleaning option can be subscribed for an amount of €75.

If this option is not subscribed, you will have to do the end-of-stay cleaning in order to return the cottage in the state of cleanliness in which you found it.

Prices in euros for the week:

Low season: 600 € High season: 800 € Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1.10 euros per day and per person.

Stay of more than 2 weeks: decreasing rate depending on the duration.

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. It will be returned to you on departure, minus any restoration of the premises.

All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The rental option will take effect upon receipt. Payments accepted by bank transfer, cash or ANCV holiday vouchers
